1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

Returns or replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery only under the following conditions:

• Product arrived damaged or broken during transit.
• Wrong item delivered compared to your invoice.
• Item has a manufacturing defect or missing seal upon arrival.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or unsealed product containers.
• Items returned after 7 days from delivery date.
• Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions marked non-returnable.

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and inspected at our dispensary laboratory, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.
